Project Background

ECOH Management Inc. was engaged by one of Canada’s top real estate developers to provide Record of Site Condition (RSC) and excess soil management consulting services for a high-profile redevelopment project in Toronto, Ontario.

  • Methane Gas Study: To meet Site Plan Approval requirements, ECOH conducted a methane gas study to determine potential accumulation within subsurface structures.

Key Deliverables

  • Record of Site Condition (RSC): A comprehensive document that outlined the environmental conditions at the site.
  • Excess Soil Management Plan: A plan for managing and disposing of excess soil generated during construction activities.
  • Tier 3 Risk Assessment (RA): A detailed assessment of potential risks associated with known contaminants at the site.
