ECOH Increases our Footprint in National Capital Region

Chris has been an active participant in the hazardous materials and environmental consulting business for 35 years, the last five years being devoted to the Ottawa market. When he’s not in the office or on a client’s site, he can commonly be found reading a book, tinkering around the yard, or enjoying nature in his boat or canoe. Chris is also a mentor for environmental professionals through ECOH and the Professional Geoscientists of Ontario and volunteers with multiple conservation organizations.

Over the past 18 years, Ryan has been managing a wide variety of environmental projects within our nation’s capital and throughout Canada. During off hours, Ryan can be found exploring the wilderness, volunteering with various environmental groups and enjoying the company of family, friends and neighbours.

Joey has 10 years of experience managing buildings and properties for hazardous materials and designated substances. Joey has spent most of his career working in Ontario but has had the opportunity to work in both Quebec and British Columbia. When not managing properties for his clients, Joey enjoys spending time outdoors: playing softball, beach volleyball and curling. Passionate about health and fitness, he is an advocate for a healthy, balanced lifestyle. If the weather is not accommodating, Joey can be found tinkering in his basement, computer programming and binging the latest Sci-Fi miniseries.

Jennifer has been contributing her knowledge and enthusiasm to the worlds of environmental consulting and post-secondary education since 2021. A dedicated learner, she continues to grow her hazardous materials and environmental expertise in her role at ECOH. Jennifer is also a part-time professor for several environmental courses at Algonquin College. Outside of work, she enjoys tending to her houseplant jungle and spending time with her daughter and cats.

After graduating from studying environmental science at university in 2022, Evan spent some time planting trees in western Canada before being hired by ECOH in his native Ottawa. When not working in hazardous materials and environmental consulting, he enjoys playing hockey, reading, and checking out new restaurants and pubs.
