As I take a moment to reflect on this year’s International Women’s Day, I’m filled with pride and gratitude for the amazing women who inspire me every day in my role as Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at ECOH. Today, we celebrate not only the contributions of women but also the values that our company holds dear: diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
As a woman in leadership, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible individuals from diverse backgrounds, each bringing their unique perspectives and expertise to our team. Our company’s commitment to DEI is more than just a statement; it’s a guiding principle that shapes our culture and informs our decision-making.
In an era where women’s rights and representation are being threatened in some parts of the world, I’m reminded of why ECOH stands out as a beacon of inclusivity.
